The full roster of Philadelphia's advertising world appeared present at the March 6th ADDY Award Celebration. Held
at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the event was a swirl of the most talented this city has to offer. Large and small
alike, scores of agencies were represented at the advertising world's annual premier event.
A cocktail reception greeted guests of the Awards Celebration in the gallery adjacent to the Frida Kahlo exhibition.
Guests were free to browse this powerful exhibit during the reception. In the gallery above the Museum's grand
staircase a buffet dinner was served. Music was provided by Joe Benedict on piano and Larry McKenna on sax. By 8pm
guests were invited back down the grand staircase to take in the awards program broadcast on one giant screen at the
base of the stairs.
This year the ADDY Award for Best of Show went to Holton Sentivan + Gury for their self promotion piece, Make
Your Own TV Spot On The Spot. The Best of Interactive ADDY was received by One Trick Pony for Virgin USA.
